Classic Kitchen & Bath in Traditional Milton Home

The studio undertook a partial renovation of a dated 90's home, with particular emphasis on both the kitchen and primary bathroom. Sarah reconfigured interior walls and reworked connections to enhance functionality and flow - maximizing both space and storage. The kitchen features off-white cabinets and an oversized range complemented by an alcove hood, creating a striking focal point with an antiqued mirrored and marble backsplash. Central to the design is a natural oak island adorned with distinctive marble countertops and custom pendant fixtures.
The formerly oversized powder room has been transformed into a spacious mudroom, equipped with storage for coats, boots, extra dry goods, as well as cat and dog items, food and multiple bins for recycling. In its place, a smaller powder room now boasts a charming corner sink, adorned with a petite-patterned wallcovering and contemporary lighting.
The primary bathroom underwent a complete renovation, where we redesigned the layout to incorporate an alcove for the water closet and an architectural surround at the new vanity. Features include a striking freestanding tub, custom upholstery, and a gilded butterfly chandelier.
