In this timeless kitchen of a historic brownstone, classic grey cabinetry pairs beautifully with deep navy accents—Farrow & Ball’s Hague Blue bringing richness to the space. Polished nickel pendants cast a soft glow over the herringbone wood floors, while mid-century modern dining chairs create a breakfast nook in the rear.  Ready to enjoy the heart of the home.

underwent a meticulous renovation, preserving the home’s original architectural charm while integrating modern conveniences. On the main 'parlour' level, original wood flooring, intricate ceiling moldings, and ornate marble mantels were carefully restored; vintage tiles and an authentic mirror at the fireplace remain in the formal living room. Bespoke millwork was designed to accommodate modern features like a concealed TV, beverage refrigerator, and ice maker, all while maintaining the integrity of the home’s historic aesthetic.

At the garden level, structural improvements allowed for the addition of new doors and windows, flooding the kitchen and casual dining area with natural light. Neutral grey and navy blue cabinetry defines the central kitchen area, with oak cabinets distinguishing the dining and desk area and a family room at the opposite end - all with timeless herringbone wood flooring.

The primary suite features a spacious bedroom with custom cabinetry and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom is designed for two, with dual showers, a freestanding tub, and high-end finishes. The upper floors provide comfortable, updated spaces for family and guests, with fully renovated bedrooms and bathrooms. In the basement, a workout room and wine cellar enhance the home's amenities, while new rooftop access offers stunning skyline views, creating a perfect balance between history and contemporary comfort.
