a collaboration with architects Estes, Twombly, & Titrington, features seamless indoor-outdoor transitions. We selected durable materials that harmonize with the structure's finishes and landscape design.
The kitchen boasts light grey metal cabinets, a white backsplash, and red cedar accents around the refrigerator and pantry, extending to the ceiling. Two islands serve as drink prep and dining areas, with an outdoor grill nearby. The dining area, anchored by an area rug, is furnished with weather-resistant pieces.
Inside, the living room has two facing couches, one of which is a pullout bed, and a unique lounge chair that rotates to face the indoor gas fireplace and TV or the pool area. An additional outdoor seating area sits between the new structure and the pool.
The bathroom, accessible from both inside and outside, features a shower, making it suitable for guests. Handmade Moroccan tiles accent one wall, coordinating with shiplap walls and teak floor slats.

SERVICES: DECORATE & STYLE
AS SEEN IN NEW ENGLAND HOME MAGAZINE
A stylish and modern home, our studio decorated several space following the completion of a complex new construction project. Clients enlisted the studio to infuse warmth into the second-floor spaces, basement, and formal living room of their Hingham residence. A small open area designated for children's play and reading seamlessly connects to a lengthy corridor housing a shared bathroom and three bedrooms. Newly installed millwork in these open spaces provides additional storage for an overflowing book collection and blends with the architectural elements envisioned by the architect.
In each bathroom and bedroom, the studio injected a touch of whimsy through playful wallcoverings, creatively applied on walls, ceilings, and even as framed murals. Fun storage solutions were implemented, including the reconfiguration of existing shelves and the creation of a custom daybed in one bedroom, offering an additional sleeping space and convenient deep drawers and pull-out shelves.. Modern furniture selections, in harmony with the home's style, were complemented by soft elements like bedding and pillows, adding the finishing touches to each room.
In the basement playroom, custom millwork includes a cozy bench with bespoke upholstery, while the adjacent bathroom features vibrant green shades and wallpaper. Both spaces serve as a backdrop for a cherished collection of children's artwork amassed over the years. Meanwhile, the media room showcases new architectural details on its walls with bold wallpaper climbing up the walls to the ceiling. Integrated shelving within the board-and-batten wall treatment adds visual interest and provides a home for a curated collection of toys.
