underwent a complete interior transformation while respecting the town’s stringent rules for preserving historic homes. Without expanding the original footprint, the home was reimagined to include a new bedroom and full bath, optimizing the layout for modern living.

In the primary suite, the removal of an old chimney stack made space for his-and-her walk-in closets and a revamped primary bath with a walk-in shower. Even the attic was transformed into a dual office/guest bedroom, complete with an en-suite bathroom.
