Inset cabinets are white oak, stained with a soft white hue for a subtle grey tone. Simple white Caesarstone counters pair with 2" x 8" white subway tile extending to the ceiling. An oversized range sits against a stainless backsplash and shelf, with a matching metal hood above. Utilitarian rails with hooks display a curated mix of copper pots and UK-sourced stainless hardware.
underwent a partial renovation, featuring newly designed bathrooms, living spaces, and a playroom—all centered around the heart of the home: the kitchen.
Natural slate flooring, installed in a unique pattern, is topped with white oak cabinets stained with a soft white wash for a lighter finish. Simple white counters complement the island, which features White Rhino marble with waterfall stone sides. A central trough sink doubles as a beverage cooler and a secondary prep sink, perfect for large dinner parties and holiday gatherings.
The oversized range is paired with a stainless steel backsplash and shelf, with a matching custom metal hood. On the adjacent wall, a glass-door Sub-Zero refrigerator is flanked by two tall pantry units. A vintage billiard light and a well-worn runner add warmth and character.
Adjacent spaces were refreshed with new furnishings and built-ins, including custom cubbies in the mudroom and a side entry. In the family room, a newly designed fireplace and cabinetry create a cozy yet functional retreat—perfect for a young family, built to last, and designed for real life.
This Westwood Cape underwent a thoughtful renovation, transforming the kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces while preserving its cozy charm. Slate flooring in a unique pattern anchors the space, topped with whitewashed oak cabinetry for a light, natural feel. The island features White Rhino marble with waterfall edges and a central trough sink for entertaining.
A 48-inch range pairs with a stainless backsplash, shelf, and custom hood. A glass-door Sub-Zero fridge is flanked by tall pantry cabinets. A vintage billiard light in oil-rubbed bronze features three shades while a vintage runner adds warmth. The mudroom has custom cubbies that match the kitchen cabinets, and the family room boasts a new gas fireplace and built-ins. Designed for modern family life, the home blends durability with inviting style.
